In Northwood, Algonquin off of Ivy Drive North there is a parking lot for identical apartment buildings. In the parking lot there is a ramp that faces north to south towards the water. You need to hit this jump straight on so that you will clear the warehouse and land on Union Drive West. However, in the video you can see that the unique stunt jump can also be completed without this specific landing, but it does need to be at that angle.
