In Tudor, Alderney at the bottom of the Tudor-Acter off-ramp of the Plumbers Skyway is a ramp facing to the south. You will need a fast vehicle to clear the water and complete the Unique Stunt Jump. Try landing to the right of the telephone pole (the one that gets hit in the video).
