In The Triangle, Algonquin on the eastern side of the street take the stairs up to the walkway that encircles the Grand Easton Terminal there the location of the seagull is sitting on a the ledge in the opening between two white pop-up canopies across from the billboard for the Vinewood Bar & Grill.
