Bohan:

In Industrial, Bohan on the left side of the last broken part of the unfinished overpass is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find for pickup.  This is the right next to the ramp for Unique Stunt Jump #4.

Dukes/Broker:

In Francis International Airport, Dukes on the northern part of the many silos and towers that are clumped together there is a ladder that leads to a narrow platform that runs in between all of them.  At the end of the platform is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find for pickup.

On Charge Island on top of the third large storage tower to the north (the one that is furthest south in the group of three) is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find for pickup sitting on the railing.  You can get on top of the storage tank from a ladder at its base.  It is right underneath a walkway that leads from the storage tank to around the top of the power plant.

Algonquin:

In The Triangle, Algonquin in the area that the road is being worked on and there is a sky crane there is a concrete building that stairs from the sidewalk going to the second story of it that has a walkway.  You will know the building as it has a billboard for the car the Dilettante.  Once you are on the second story head towards the side that the billboard on it and sitting on the railing is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find ready for pickup.

In City Hall, Algonquin off of Calcium Street there is a courtyard for eating in the middle of a three part skyscraper.  As you face the courtyard, on the left side of it between a plastic table and chair set and an empty planter box is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find for pickup.

Alderney:

In Acter Industrial Park, Alderney there is a very large storage tank in the southern part.  Climb up the stairs that wrap around it and on top in the middle is your weapon, the combat pistol, that you will find to for pickup.

In Hove Beach, Broker on the eastern side of the street sitting on the bottom of the stairs to a line of apartment buildings is where you can find the location of this seagull.

In Rotterdam Hill, Broker on the western side of the street sitting on a rounded fence corner underneath the green awning of the Floral Co. is where you will find the location of the seagull.

In Schottler, Broker in an alley that breaks off from the street underneath a wall that has some graffiti on it is the location of the seagull.

In Cerveza Heights, Dukes, right on the northern border of Beechwood City, the seagull’s location is that it is sitting on a guard rail on the northern part of the road next to a sign that says, “Storage?” near the “72” billboard.
